@krea_sa zafrani garam masala is slowly dry roasted, a blend of over 11 ground spices. It can be used as a base to any Indian dish and adds wonderful layers of flavors to any cuisine. Use sparingly as little goes a long way. Suggested quantity is approximately
1/2 tsp per kg of meat, however your may increase or reduce to suit your personal taste
