HOW TO USE

KEHWA

Water 4cups, @krea_sa Kashmir Chai 4tsp, Star Anise 1tsp, Cloves 3/4, Cardamom seeds 1/4tsp,Salt 1/4tsp, Baking soda 1/4tsp, Chilled water 2cups. In a pot add water , Kashmiri chai, whole spices,baking soda and salt and let it come to boil. Let it simmer for 30min till it reduces to half Add chilled water and keep mixing and stirring for 8-10min. Cook for another 5-10min. Strain and keep aside, kehwa can be refrigerated for 4-5 days.

KASHMIRI CHAI Milk 2 1/2cup, Almonds crushed 1/2tbs, Pistachio crushed 1/2tbs, Sugar to taste optional, Kehwa 4tbs or as required almonds & pistachio for garnish For Kashmiri chai in a kettle add milk, crushed almonds , pistachio, sugar, and give it a good mix.Let it come to boil and add 2-3 Tbs kehwa and cook for few minutes. ( It should be pink in color )Pour it in cups and garnish with nuts
