HOW TO USE
Kashmiri Kehwa is an exotic mix of kashmiri tea leaves along with whole spices including cinnamon, cardomon, served with a touch of saffron and a garnish of chopped nuts. Kashmiri Kehwa, a classic drink from the Himalayan Valley is a soul warming drink.Ingredients4 tsp Krea kashmiri kehwa leaves
1/4 tsp saffron strands infused in warm water
1 small piece cinammon
2 elachi (slightly crushed)
2 cloves Sugar to taste
Boil 2 cups of water, add spices and sugar, will well and cook on medium for 2-5mins, lower the flame add the kashmiri tea leaves, mix well and cook for 2-5 mins while stirring, strain tea using a strainer, transfer mixture into saucepan, add saffron water mixture and almonds, mix well and boil on slow flame for 1 min while stirring. Serve immediately.
